How residents hear about things
Do updates feel clear and timely, or do people still hear about things too late?
A resident-led survey for a private, residents-only building experience
We are fellow Ascent Midtown residents exploring TheLobby, a simpler way to get trusted updates, connect with neighbors, and make building life easier. This is not an official Greystar or Ascent Midtown management survey.
See What We Are ExploringThis survey is meant to measure what actually feels fragmented, what residents would truly use, and whether a resident-led pilot makes sense in this building.
Do updates feel clear and timely, or do people still hear about things too late?
We want to understand whether updates, community, local exchange, or feedback loops feel harder than they should.
We are testing demand for building updates, resident groups, recommendations, exchange, and other residents-only tools.
If this is going to work, it has to feel private, calm, and specific to verified Ascent Midtown residents.
A private building-specific layer for residents only. Not a public neighborhood app and not a noisy social feed. Just one place for the parts of building life that should feel easier.
Only verified residents should be able to join. No public feed and no strangers.
Announcements, reminders, and urgent notices should be easier to see and act on.
A better way to coordinate, discover, and participate as residents of the same building.
Take this short survey so we can learn what residents would actually value before we propose a pilot for the building.
This helps us understand whether an Ascent Midtown pilot for TheLobby makes sense. If you shared contact info, we will only use it for pilot-related follow-up.
